Tools and Materials:
Drill puncher; screw gun; angular cutting machine; construction hairdryer; drills and fasteners (self-cuts, dowels) – in accord-ance with the wall material.
Components:
- Rear bar;
- Top bar;
- Closing bar;
- Heating module;
- Brackets-holders;
- Decorative elements (internal and external angles, tips, splicing strips);
- TENy (with a set of terminals and heat shrinkage tubes);
- Connecting cable;
- Contact group box;
- Thermostat.
1. At the place of installation of the Warm Baseboard, measure the wall and transfer the dimensions to the rear, upper and closing bars, cut off with an angular cutting machine.
2. Insert the top bar into the slots of the rear bar.
3. Insert tips from the “left/right” set into the slots of the rear bar at the beginning and end of the Warm Baseboard.
4. Press the rear bar against the wall along the floor and attach with self-cuts through every 40-45 cm.
5. Install brackets in slots of the rear plate every 25-30 cm.
6. The heating module must be cut off so that the threaded studs of the TEN’s protrude from each side by 2-3 cm.
Heat carriers must NOT be cut!
7. The heat carrier must be wavily bent for subsequent tight fit into the lower tube of the heating module.
8. Insert the connection cable into the upper tube of the heating module. Cut the cable so that there is a sufficient end for compounds (about 30 cm).
9. Remove insulation from cable ends prepared for connection at a distance of 5-7 cm. Grind the ends of each of the three cable strands by 5-10 mm.
Before connecting the contacts, put a heat shrink tube on the ends of the cable.
10. Connect the terminals to the cleaned ends of the cable strands and the tips of the TENs.

If several TENs are to be connected during installation a parallel connection scheme is used:
11. Seal the TENs in shrink tubes, warm up with a construction hair dryer for shrinkage.
12. Insert the heating module into the retainer brackets. Installation of the heating module on the bracket retainers is performed with slight force until click.
13. For additional insulation close the connection points with contact group box.
14. Install the closing bar on the brackets: first put the lower part of the closing bar on the hooks of the brackets, and then snap the upper part of the closing plate with a force.
15. Install decorative elements:
- internal and/or external angles;
- close the joints of the external profile (upper and closing bars) with a connecting patch.
16. Install thermostat according to the enclosed instruction.
